Our experience with American Eagle was terrific! Zac K was professional, responsive and informative. Great to work with. I highly recommend. Their crew was on time, skilled and courteous. Did a nice job on the project and cleaned up the site as if they were never there. Timing was excellent. From first call to project completion was much shorter than expected. Cost seemed reasonable. I hope we don’t need repairs again anytime soon, but if we do we know who we’re calling!

BEST contracting company I have found in 20 years!

I have worked with many places due to health conditions in the home I stay in. I have to work around many health aspects, very few companies/people understand and are willing to learn and accommodate the needs.

This is very important in my decision with who I will hire because a family member here does not receive any help for the VA after serving over seas. Another member, receives very little assistance. I can not spend time fighting more battles to meet needs when basic needs are not met for these people

Most companies do the bare minimum, sometimes i never hear back to inform me they are passing on the job, many times the project lead/manager does not answer questions or listen to needs, etc.. When I see these behaviors, not only do they get in the way of any progress or planning, but it also shows me character of the person/company. Many companies have poor character and human connection

American Eagle was timely, respectful, EXTREMELY thoughtful and considerate about all health accommodations, even towards the slightest detail that I know other companies would not do because none of them have! I received answers to questions the same day I asked and several times a day if needed. ALL accommodations were considered. The process was very personalized, thoughtful, considerate without any pressure put on me to rush the decision. We felt like a home of humans/people being treated with dignity!

Along with this, they were also VERY qualified in the job itself. I called over 5 companies for snow guards. A very needed part of metal roofing. Many companies didn't answer any questions, some gave limited insight, some were extremely expensive and I had very little ability get ahold of a real person. If I did, many times they gave very little answers or time for me. One company didn't know what snow guards were! And that is literally their job! I had to explain their job to them and the dangers of not installing them!

American Eagle is very competent, aware, considerate, efficient and communitive! You will hear back if you try to connect with them for answers, before and during the planning/executing process. You will be treated with human decency as well. I can't say enough. After 20 years of battling everywhere I work with, this was the most relief I have had in 2 decades!

We discovered a water stain on our ceiling this morning. Zac from American Eagle was out here by noon to diagnose the issue. He determined the source right away (using a perry neat moisture probe), performed a very minor shingle repair and was on his way. Great guy - knew his stuff and was very genuine. He didn't even charge us for the consultation and repair. An unbelievably nice surprise! I hope we don't need them again - but I'm, for sure, calling American Eagle if I do!!

It has been great working with American Eagle Home Improvement. The manager, Mark has been very helpful when we have questions or needed anything even well after the work was completed. Our home had a lot of damage after a large hail storm. We needed new siding, roof and gutters. This was the first time my husband and I had dealt with something like this with our home. American Eagle Home Improvement worked with our insurance company and made the process very easy for us. We even had questions years after the work was done and Mark was very willing to help us out. We have been so happy and highly recommend this company.

My roof was in severe need of repair. Zac went right up there and identified the key issues and leak points with a full video so I could see clearly. In a very refreshing change of pace, he immediately suggested a minimal repair without attempting a hard upsell like so many others try, even going as far as pointing out how expensive a full roof replacement has become in recent years. We worked together to find a close match for my shingles since my originals couldn't be located (the fault of the previous roofing company and my lack of paperwork retention), and then got the repair done as quickly as weather would allow. Zac then also came out for a post repair inspection to make sure all the issues were fixed. Overall excellent experience, would recommend to anyone needing roof work.

Mark and Zac were terrific to work with. We had two skylights in our midcentury home that decided to leak after 60+ years. American Eagle responded quickly, and we had the new skylights installed within ten days!

The service team on the installation were competent, neat and did a fantastic job. And the product is a huge improvement. We couldn't be happier!

I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Zac today, of American Eagle Exterior/ gutters etc. I’m currently knee deep into the arduous process of getting bids and estimates on a bunch of home improvements. And I must say, Zac really made an impression on me. In a “ sea” of presentations and endless sales pitches , he was an amazing presence. And a breath of fresh air He was professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his craft and product. I hope AE knows what an incredible asset they possess with him He represents AE wonderfully. I was so impressed with him

Troy from American Eagle Home Improvement was super kind and easy to work with. A crew came out to replace a roof vent, they were able to replace it while I was at work and it seems to be working great. They were able to find shingles that matched well to the existing roof and did all the waterproofing and sealing to make sure everything is good to go.

American Eagle did an excellent Job. They arrived when it was scheduled and had the Job done in ample time frame. They did an excellent job in cleaning up. I think it looked better after they left. Super nice people to work. They even cleaned the steps and work area outside of the house. They had a beautiful day to work with. It was around 50 degrees on that day. So from Myself and and my wife we take our hats off to the employees and the American Eagle for a Job well done. Thanks again. Will pass this company along to other people that we know. Our sales representative was Troy Oberg.. Excellent person to work with.

I was intentionally looking for a smaller company that offered a truly personalized experience, and American Eagle absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, Troy went far beyond a standard consultation. He took the time to clearly explain the scope of work and next steps, and it was immediately clear how passionate he is about the company, the quality of their work, and standing behind their commitments with integrity.
Jason, the project lead, was phenomenal. He was incredibly hands-on, kept me involved throughout the entire process, and provided consistent updates as the work progressed. The entire team was professional, respectful, and detail oriented. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and made sure I was informed every step of the way.
I’m extremely happy with the results and the overall experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend American Eagle to anyone looking for high quality work and a team that truly cares.

I have enormous trees surrounding my 100-year-old two-story home, so my gutters were packed with leaves and years of muck. American Eagle Home Improvement made the whole process effortless.

They scheduled me quickly—even during peak leaf season—came out on Wednesday for an estimate, and had the job done by Friday afternoon. My gutters have never looked this clean. They removed and hauled away every bit of debris, leaving everything spotless.

Their service exceeded my expectations, and now my home is truly winter-ready. Highly recommend.

American Eagle was AMAZING! My representative, Wyatt, did such a great job of estimating what I needed for gutters and downspouts for our house. He went up on the roof, and told me what was going on, and why water would be getting into the basement, and brought out samples of gutters and the Gutter Shutter system, in order to prevent clogged downspouts and gutters. He was amazing, giving an estimate, not only for the house, but including the garage, as well!
From getting the work crew started, to the finish, it went SO fast and smoothly! And the gutters are ALL one piece! I have never seen a freshly created gutter before! It was neat to see the HUGE gutter, that went along the back of the house, up close!
The crew was neat, efficient, creative in the downspout placement, and made sure to have hinging ends, so we can put them upright, when mowing!
They removed the old gutters as well and there was noting left behind! Except the awesomeness of nice, fresh gutters!
They're a grand company to work with, and I highly recommend them!

From the first contact phone call to American Eagle Home Improvement to the completion of our gutter replacement, it has been an incredibly positive experience. When the first inspection of our gutter problem was reviewed, we were helped to see a video of what was causing the issue and we were helped to understand how it could be improved. The new gutter system was installed in a timely manner by a great crew of friendly guys. After installation was completed another representative of American Eagle came to review the project. A couple of minor issues were quickly addressed. I am grateful that I contacted American Eagle!

Micheal was a blessing in disguise dealing with our insurance agent(s), we went through 6 different insurance agents and Micheal was on top of everything. Crew came out did great work! We had a slight miss hap in some of the guard and shingle installation around our chimney. Found this out about two weeks after the roof was installed. Contacted Micheal he had the crew out 24 hours later. Mistakes happen and it shows big time when a company owns up to it and makes it right, would recommend AmericanEagle to anyone looking for roof or gutter installations. Thanks again from the Cahanes family!

Very professional work, prompt service and on time. The follow through was the best I've seen in any industry. Highly recommend them. The rep Michael Eichten was pivotal in my decision to use them, and his follow through was extremely professional. His work with the insurance company was a huge help also.

I'm going to say that I was glad I had this company do my work on my house. The roof is well done. Beautiful and my siding was a great job also. I have no complaints. They got it done very fast with all of the workers they have on staff.

Conner helped walk my mom through the entire process from the start of the claim all the way until the end of the process. He made it so simple for us to understand the process and how everything worked. Would definitely recommend American Eagle and the whole team to anyone who is looking to get their home taken care of.

Wyatt from American Eagle was very helpful throughout the entire process! We ended up needing a new roof and siding due to hail damage. American Eagle helped us with the insurance, and did a great job on the house! They had so many beautiful colors to choose from and the installation was fairly quick. They did a great job at making our house look new and beautiful!!! Thank you, American Eagle!!

One thing that I appreciate the most is how quickly they started the process of getting all our houses done in the same area. It was a gargantuan job.
American Eagle was great to work with in handling my insurance claim for siding, roof, and gutters and made it so easy. The team and crew members all did an outstanding job.

Thanks Tyler and crew. OUTSTANDING.

We had a great experience working with Tyler and his team. He helped walk us through the process with our insurance and made it easy for us. The work was high quality, and when extra work was needed because our roof wasn’t up to code, he worked with our insurance to get that squared away too. Would recommend American Eagle to anyone as a trustworthy option if you need roofing or siding done on your home.

I had a great experience working with American Eagle Home Improvement for my house that had weather damage.

They communicated throughly and walked me through the entire claim process. This was helpful as I was out of state and we got the roof/siding complete.

I would personally say Tyler Hanson was a rockstar who went above and beyond answering calls at all hours to make sure questions were being addressed.

I will be using them in the future.

American Eagle went above and beyond with our roof, working with our insurance company. Our sales rep Scott was fantastic. He did everything he could to help with the insurance company that did want to cover our hail damaged shingles. My insurance company only wanted to cover 9 damaged shingles. Scott our rep asked if he could remove shingles from the roof and sent them in to find out what kind of shingles they were. Turned out the shingle's had been discontinued and we not compatible with any other shingles. It took about 5 months of working with the insurance company, but they did end up covering the whole roof. The roof was installed in one day and it looked terrific. I would highly recommend American Eagle Home Improvement.

American Eagle Home Improvement made every step of repairing the hail damage on our roof a completely pain free experience!

Our sales rep/point of contact Michael E was fantastic to work with! He was very professional and responsive when it came to giving us updates of where we were at in the project/working with our schedules. Another thing I really appreciated was that while he gave us additional roof upgrades we could pay for out of pocket; it was presented exactly as that, an option! There was no push or pressure to "make a sale" it very much felt as an informative session more than a sales pitch.

Both Mike C & Mark C who handled communication with my insurance company & supervised the work crews at my house were great to work with as well! They told me days in advance what day construction would be done, and showed up exactly at the time they said they would. Everything they did looks great and I've had zero issues with my roof since they left!

Overall a very pleasant experience working with them and would highly recommend them to others who need roof work done!
